I spent 15 years climbing a corporate ladder I never questioned until I got to the top of it and realized I didn't want to be there. Walking away wasn't dramatic — it was slow, uncertain, and honestly kind of humbling. It took two years to feel steady again.
How I can help
I mentor people in the middle of a slow-burn life or career reassessment — not a crisis exactly, but a growing sense that the current path isn't right anymore. I help people sit with that uncertainty instead of rushing to fix it.
