My experience
A cancer diagnosis at 38 stopped my life in its tracks. Treatment and recovery took over a year, and by the end of it, the career I'd built for over a decade no longer fit who I'd become. I spent the next two years rebuilding — new work, new priorities, a completely different relationship with time.
How I can help
I work with people facing a forced or chosen pivot — often triggered by illness, burnout, or a life event that makes the old path feel impossible. I help people think through what actually matters to them now, not just what to do next.
